Dr. Prepare can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We don't ship internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Europe.
Processing Orders
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are shipped out as soon as possible.
*Please confirm the shipping address clearly before placing an order, if the replacement is caused by the wrong shipping address, you are responsible for shipping costs.
Shipping
Free Shipping (Standard Shipping): All products have FREE ground shipping offered and arrive between 4-6 business days.
Expedited Shipping: It will be processed the following business day after placing orders. Packages will be delivered between 2-3 business days. The shipping rates are weight-based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page.

Order more than one product, they may arrive in multiple packages. Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped. We will send a shipment notification email to you once the tracking number is generated.

In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges.
