4. The monitor displays the capacity and voltage of only one battery. If you are using multiple batteries, it is advisable to purchase a separate monitor for each battery. And the monitor is not water-resistant. If needed, you can apply a sealed tape for protection, particularly in boat or marine applications.

How long will this battery last?
Our lithium ion batteries enable more than 3,000 charge and discharge cycles at 80% DOD (Depth of Discharge), which allows for around a 10-year lifetime of daily use.
Does this battery have low temperature protection?
Yes, the improved BMS works with a low temp sensor to provide complete low temperature protection. When the temp reaches 23℉~41℉ / -5℃~5℃, this lithium battery will stop being charged, and when the temp reaches -13℉~5℉ / -25℃~-15℃, the battery will stop discharging.
Can I wire these batteries in series and in parallel?
Yes, these Dr.Prepare lithium batteries support series and parallel connection. Please note that you need to use identical batteries to connect.
For optimal performance, we kindly advise you to follow the requirements listed below to connect your batteries together:
1. Fully charge all ready-to-connect batteries.
2. All battery interconnect cables should be the same wire gauge (AWG) and length, and come from the same brand. Otherwise, the impedance will be inconsistent, resulting in unbalanced charge and discharge performance.
3. Connect your batteries one by one in series (up to 4 batteries) or in parallel (up to 4 batteries). Tightly screw all cable connections between the cable lugs and terminals.
Does this battery have low voltage cut-off protection?
Yes, it does. When the discharge voltage is lower than 11.1V, the battery will shut off automatically.
What are the charging voltage and charging current for this battery?
The maximum charging voltage is 14.6V and the maximum charging current is 50A. For optimal charging performance, we highly recommend adjusting the voltage to 14.2V and using a 20A charger.
Can I use my lead acid battery charger to charge the lithium battery?
We recommend using a lithium battery compatible AC to DC charger to charge our LiFePO4 batteries, or else cause unreversible lifespan damage to the batteries. You can also charge these batteries using compatible solar charge controllers and solar panels.
How to properly store this battery?
We recommend keeping the battery at 100% state of charge, or at least 30%-50% state of charge. Then disconnect the battery from any load by removing the terminal cables. Highly recommend charging the battery every 6 months when not in use to prevent over-discharge.
When storing the battery for 1-3 months, you can place it in an environment with a temperature range of -4℉~113℉ / -20℃~45℃; when storing it for 1 year, it is recommended to place it in an environment with a temperature range of -4℉~68℉ / -20℃~20℃.

This battery is fantastic! The low-temperature charging cutoff at this price is unbeatable. I’ve got two wired in parallel, and both tested at 102Ah capacity. Planning to add two more, which will give me 5120 watts for under $1000—an incredible deal!

Using 2 of these with a 4000W inverter
These batteries are outstanding! They even exceeded the advertised Ah rating. With two connected in parallel, I easily powered a 4000W inverter to run my RV’s 1800W rooftop A/C without any problems. Excellent performance and value!
