Will this work with my 12V/24V/48V system?
Yes! This 60A circuit breaker is compatible with DC 12V-48V systems, including trolling motors, solar setups, and RV power systems.
What's the difference between auto-reset and manual reset?
With a manual reset, you must push the bar back in place after tripping, ensuring the system is safe before restarting. In contrast, auto-reset can cycle repeatedly, which may be unsafe for marine and RV applications.
Are wires included? How do I install this?
Wires not included. Simply connect between the positive terminal of your battery and your device using the appropriate AWG cables (surface mount). Refer to the product listing diagram for guidance!
Can I use this for both AC and DC systems?
Designed for DC systems (e.g., batteries, solar).
Is this really waterproof?
Yes! IP67-rated—fully sealed against dust and water immersion (up to 1m for 30 mins). Ideal for marine engine compartments.
What safety standards does it meet?
Certified to UL 1500 (ignition protection), SAE J1171 (marine), and UL 94V-0 (flame retardant).
Why does my breaker keep tripping?
Usually caused by overloads or shorts. Check for:
1. Wires touching metal (short circuit)
2. Device drawing >60A
3. Loose/corroded connections
How do I reset it after tripping?
Push the button to 'OFF,' then place the bar back in place to 'ON.' Never force it—resolve the overload first!
