How can I control this portable air conditioner?
 
To control this portable air conditioner, you have two options: 1) Utilize the built-in intuitive touch panel; 2) Operate it with the included remote control (requires two AAA batteries, not included).
What types of windows does this portable AC fit? 
 
The portable air conditioner is compatible with all window types as long as you have the appropriate window sealing kit. Our package includes a window installation kit suitable for both vertical and horizontal sliding windows. If your windows are of the push-out or pull-in type, you should purchase the corresponding window sealing kit separately.
The operation sound is a bit noisy — is that normal?
 
"Yes, some noise is normal as the built-in compressor works to cool your space. Here are a few tips to reduce the sound during use:
1. Activate "Sleep" mode – this lowers the noise level to around 45 dB.
2. Place the unit away from your bed to minimize disruption at night.
3. Use sleep earbuds if you're sensitive to sound.
4. Or, if you enjoy white noise, the sound may actually help you sleep."
The cooling performance doesn't feel strong — what can I do?
 
"Here are a few tips to boost cooling efficiency and improve your comfort:
1. Pre-cool the room for 20–30 minutes before entering, especially on hot days.
2. Use a fan or air circulator to help distribute cool air more quickly and evenly throughout the space.
These steps can make a noticeable difference in how cool the room feels."
Can I use sleep mode during dehumidification or fan mode?
 
No, you can't. The sleep mode is only for cooling mode.
Will this portable AC restart automatically and retain its settings after a power outage?
 
"Yes, in the event of an accidental power outage, the unit will automatically restart and restore your previous temperature and mode settings, thanks to its built-in memory function.
Note: This feature only works during actual power outages — it does not apply if the power cord is manually unplugged."
Can I use the portable AC immediately after receiving it?
 
Not right away. Please let the unit sit upright for 24 hours after unpacking. This allows the refrigerant to stabilize and ensures optimal cooling performance.

Cool product.

This unit is great for its size and output, we used this for cooling the bedroom and landing at night and daytime in my home office on a weekend. It performed well but the vent tends to turn downwards so I used some masking tape to keep it pointing where I wanted. I also covered the LED readout to stop the light when dark. It did a great job on the hottest days of the year and the nights too. We would not be without it now when it is hot, we now get a good nights sleep even on muggy hot nights. The noise is not too loud and you don't notice it after a while. Great that it has a remote control, Would I buy one again, yes.
