Can the unit totally remove cat litter box odors?
Our air purifier can significantly reduce cat litter box odors, but it cannot ensure 100% removal of all smells. For best results, we recommend placing the purifier near the litter box area to capture odors more effectively.
The pre-filter is washable, does that mean I never need to replace the filter?
No. The washable pre-filter captures large particles like lint, pet, and human hair to prevent clogging the main HEPA filter. It extends the filter’s lifespan, but the main filter still needs replacement when it reaches the end of its service life.
Can I power on and use the machine directly after receiving it?
No. Before first use, please:
1. Remove the power adapter from the bottom of the unit.
2. Take off the front and rear covers.
3. Remove both filters and take off the plastic packaging.
4. Reinstall the filters and covers. Power on and use it.
How can I make the air purifier more effective?
To ensure optimal performance:
1. Place the unit at least 10 in (25 cm) away from walls or curtains.
2. Select the appropriate fan speed based on your room’s air quality.
3. Let the purifier run for 30–60 minutes and monitor the results.
Does it come with essential oil?
No. This air purifier comes with an aroma box and a pad where you can add essential oils. Use only 1–2 drops on the pad—never pour oil directly into the machine.
Will the control panel light turn off in Sleep Mode? It might disturb my sleep.
Yes. When you select Sleep Mode, the top panel lights auto turn off. The Sleep button remains dimmed at 30%. You can tap the Light button to turn off the Sleep button light completely, leaving the display fully dark for an undisturbed night.
When should I clean the pre-filter?
We recommend cleaning both pre-filters every 2~4 weeks. You can also open the covers to check their condition and clean them as needed to maintain optimal performance.
How do I reset the new filter?
After replacing the filters, press and hold the Filter Reset button for about 3 seconds until the red light turns off. This indicates the filters have been successfully reset.
