What are the 5 working modes and how to set them?
This Dr.Prepare Space Heater has 5 modes:

1. 3 Heating Modes – Press the second button on the panel or MODE on the remote to cycle: Ⅲ - High Heat, Fan Mode, Ⅰ - Low Heat, Ⅱ - Mid Heat and Ⅲ - High Heat...

2. ECO Mode – Set your target temp using '+' or '–' and activate ECO mode. You can set a desired temperature in this mode. When the environmental temperature exceeds the set temperature, the heater enters fan mode until the built-in thermostat senses the room temperature drops lower than the set temperature, it will enter high heat mode again.

3. Fan Mode – Blows gentle, unheated air. Useful for balancing the room temperature and cooling the inner components inside the portable heater, not for summer cooling.
Why does my heater shut off randomly?
Timer – The small space heater may turn off when set timer ends.

Safety Features – The heater will automatically shut off if the overheat or tip-over protection is triggered. Wait till the heater's inner parts cool down or place the room heater on a flat, hard surface to avoid interfering the tip-over protection system.

By troubleshooting these possible causes, you might be able to identify why your heater is shutting off unexpectedly.
Can I use it in the bathroom? Can I use it in large rooms?
No. This space heater is not designed for damp areas like bathrooms or near swimming pools. It is also not for large spaces — best as a small heater for personal warming or a heater for office use.
When does Fan Mode activate automatically?
In ECO Mode: when your set temperature is reached, the space heater enters Fan Mode, then resumes High Heat once the room cools.

After you press the ON/OFF button for powering off, the fan mode runs for 30s to cool the electric heater's internal parts, then shuts off.
Is it safe around kids?
