Would it be okay to wear this heated vest outside when it is raining?

No, don't wear a heated vest when it is wet. Its outer material only resists water splashes, and wearing it when wet could be dangerous. Always keep the heated vest dry for safe use.
What are the requirements for the power bank used to power the heated vest?

To get a better heating experience, it is recommended to power the heated vest with a power bank that supports 5V / 2.4A and 7.4V / 2.5A. Otherwise, the heating performance may be weak or may not work properly.

Note: The built-in cable features both a USB port and a DC port (diameter: 3.8 mm). Please make sure your power bank has these two output ports. Dr.Prepare offers power banks that are perfectly sized and weighted for heated apparel. Contact our support team if you need assistance.
How to use this heated vest?

1. Adjust the zipper position to achieve a comfortable and secure fit.

2. Connect the built-in cable to the power bank via the USB port or DC port (DC port heats up faster and feels warmer).

3. Press and hold the control button for 2 seconds to turn heating ON/OFF. You can control the front and back heating zones independently, or activate all heating zones simultaneously for full-body warmth.

4. Press the button to switch between heating levels. The indicator light will cycle through Red → White → Blue.
How do you clean a heated vest?

Remove the power bank and place the charging cable into the inner pocket, then zip it securely before washing.

Note: Always use a laundry bag when machine washing.
